Terms and conditions

These terms cover your use of this website and any piece you buy from me. By using the site you accept them.

Who I am

This website belongs to Eddie Fitzgerald, an artist working in Ireland. You can reach me through the contact page.

The work and its images

Every piece, photograph and word on this site is my own work and stays my copyright. You are welcome to share a link to the site or to a piece. Please do not copy, print or use any image for anything else without my written permission.

Colours and sizes

I photograph each piece as faithfully as I can, but colours differ from screen to screen, and resin changes with the light around it. Sizes are approximate. If a detail matters to you, ask me before you buy.

Buying a piece

The site does not take payments. When a piece is available, send me a message through Enquire or the contact page and I will reply with the price, delivery and how to pay. A sale is agreed once we have both confirmed it in writing (an email is enough) and payment has reached me. Until then a piece may be sold to someone else. Prices are in euro.

Delivery and collection

Delivery or collection is arranged for each piece, and I tell you the cost before you pay. I pack every piece with care. Once it is delivered to you, or collected, it is in your care.

The website

I try to keep the site accurate and working, but I cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Links to other websites are there for your interest; I am not responsible for what is on them.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under Irish and European law. How I handle your personal information is set out on the privacy page.

The law

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute. I may update them from time to time; the date below shows the latest version.
